For creators, connecting Instagram is required to verify your follower count and engagement metrics. Brands don't need to connect social media accounts.

Payments & Billing

How much does Local collab charge?

We charge a 15% platform fee on completed transactions. This covers payment processing, dispute resolution, and platform maintenance.

When do creators get paid?

Creators are paid after the brand approves their deliverables. Payments are processed within 2-3 business days via Stripe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers through Stripe. Creators need to set up a Stripe Connect account to receive payments.

How do I change my password?
